Monate runs a rewarding Cheetah Rehabilitation Project, where these big cats can be cared for before being released back into the wild.

Monate Game Lodge is settled in a private game reserve with a variety of wildlife animals including Hippo, Leopard, Cheetah, Buffalo, Rhino, Giraffe and several other antelope species. There is a significant Conservancy close to the lodge with abundant bird life.
