Popallin Safari Ranch is located along the Limpopo and Nwanedzi Rivers providing wonderful views of the abundance of wildlife along the river banks. This Limpopo Lodge is located in a 10 000 hectare property where the Big Five animals, Elephant, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Rhino and other animals, are free to roam.
Popallin has 3 different luxury camps to choose from, De Wets with 14 en-suite chalets, Zebra with 3 self-catering chalets and Segonde, which has 4 en-suite safari tents and camping. Guests can relax in absolute safety and take advantage of the many activities on offer and enjoy special meals in a variety of outdoor settings.
Guests can enjoy game drives, peaceful walks on the riverside, quad biking, and day outings to the Kruger National Park, boating on the Nwanedzi River, horseback riding and bird watching. Popallin is also involved in a Lion and Buffalo breeding project. There are a number of 4x4 trails and a Par 3, 4 and 5 golf course with 9 holes and 18 tees.
Popallin has conference facilities for up to 40 delegates and is a popular venue for weddings, an incentive travel destination, golf days and other functions. There is an on-site Venda Cultural Village suitable for functions, including lovely open air dinners with traditional Venda dancing.
