There is no lack of exciting things to do at Mopane Bush Lodge on a South Africa holiday in the Limpopo Valley. Walks, game viewing and cycling amongst other activities can be safely undertaken in the Mapesu Reserve.
Guests in the reserve may also spot most species of plains game including giraffe, eland, kudu and other species of buck also zebra and wildebeest. There is a great diversity of bird species in the reserve. The wet season (summer) is the ideal time for birding as their numbers are greater and guests are able to spot a wider variety of species.
Guests going in to the beautiful Mapungubwe National Park may see wildlife such as Elephant, White Rhino, Leopard, hyena, giraffe, eland and other plains game.Tours are also available to the Mapungubwe World Heritage Site, the first African Kingdom.
